A great band!
I also loved the Skin Deep off shoot bands 100 Men & The Ferrymen. I don't suppose anyone has a mp3 of 100 Men's version of 'Time Is Tight' as my flexi disc of it has gone missing.

Brilliant. Quite possibly my favorite skinhead band after the Redskins (I count the Upstarts as more punk than skin, for what it's worth, but who needs labels anyway)?

I Saw Skindeep in the Dublin Castle in 1987, the had a 3 piece brass section and it was one of the best gigs I've been to!
I have the album on vinal and I bought the CD with the burial, apart from the LP, did they release any other tracks......does anyone have any on MP3

I have the album on vinal and I bought the CD with the burial, apart from the LP, did they release any other tracks......does anyone have any on MP3 This is what the website says - Skin-Deep only had 3 official releases. The 2 tracks that were on the compilation albums ('Self Respect' on the compilation album 'Oi! The Ressurrection' and 'My Life's Fine' on 'The Sound Of Oi!') and the 'More Than Skin-Deep' album which was released before the CD boom and was released only on vinyl. All later releases (and there are loads of them) are unofficial and not with the bands permission, even the double CD with The Burial. All Skin-Deep songs were written by Wayne and Mik. 'My Life's Fine' and a few other Skin Deep songs can be heard at the following website - www.purevolume.com/morethanskindeep
