October 4th is the 70th anniversary of Cable Street, when the Blackshirts were routed in the east end.
Antifa will be holding a major commemorative gig in the east end on Saturday 7th September. More details to come shortly........

Sounds great! I have a DVD of the Cable Street anniversary gig from 1988. It features Attila The Stockbroker, The Neurotics, The Men They Couldn't Hang and a guest speaker who was a Battle of Cable Street veteran.
I only got to see the Battle of Cable Street mural for the 1st time a few weeks ago. If anyone is visiting London is well worth going to see and isn't too far from the Tower Of London.
