Hi everyone
Came across this website/messageboard last week and love it. Loved the Redskins from years ago and wondered for years why they just suddenly disappeared - pre-internet days and all that. Have most of their stuff from way back in the 80's - top band. Happened to be browsing amazon and came across Neither Washington or Moscow by accident - immediately ordered it and loving it all over again.
Like Dee (no relation) I'm from Belfast. I look forward to chatting with everyone.

I have a very ecelctic taste in music strike. It ranges from Roddy Frame to Paul Weller to The Beatles to Motown and Northern Soul to Van the man to jazz to Ryan Adams to all the old mod bands of the 80's ie Secret Affair and Lambrettas. I have thousands of cd's of every muscial gendre.
I guess I'm a bit weird in that respect - lol

Also a big fan of Paul Weller who I met last Sunday at the Boss Sounds Reggae Festival in Newcastle. You should check out my radio show Plan B which goes out on Thursday nights at 9pm on Mod Radio UK as I play a lot of Northern Soul, Ska and a few 79 Mod bands. You can hear the show by pasting the following url into your mp3/media player - www.modradiouk.com/mod.m3u

No man,you aint weird to have such wide tastes. Its those sad buggers who worship individuals like Morrisey, Madonna etc and don't listen to other stuff who are weird. I only ever got the chance to see Van Morrison once,at Glastonbury in the late 80's when I was an immature student. Problem was I fell asleep when he did his set and woke up to bloody Fairground Attraction singing 'Its Got to be Perfect'.Good acid though.
